We have the capabilities and equipment to transfer your critically ill patients to the after hour or referral practice of your choice. Our Ambulances are fully equipped for advanced critical care transport of medically unstable pets. We are Licensed by the California Veterinary Medical Board (HSP #5761) and the Drug Enforcement Agency.  All of our patients are monitored by California Licensed RVTs with over 30 years of real world emergency experience in providing life support en route to our destination.

 

 

All of our ambulances are equipped with the following:
 

• Stretchers and Gurneys (for safe handling and transport)

• Oxygen (USP) (Large O2 cage, Mask, Flow By, Nasal Cannula, Incubator)

• Intubation (Manual Ventilation, Ambu Bag, Non Rebreather)

• Mechanical Ventilator

• IV Pump (for continued fluid support)

• IV Sedation / Syringe Pump( Propofol CRI, MLK Drips)

• Crash Kit, CPR

• Emergency Drugs (Atropine, Epinephrine, Dopram, Dex Sod Phos)

• Pulse Oximetry, ECG, HR, RR, BP, Temp

• Suction (constant and intermittent)

 

Most importantly the California Veterinary Medical Board requires All Pet Ambulances transporting critical pets to possess a premise permit and only state licensed Registered Veterinary Technicians to administer said treatment.
